Gurgaon (travel readiness outside home residence is important)

About the Role:We are seeking a Bilingual Consultant (Japanese–English) with experience supporting enterprise-level IT engagements. This role will act as a communication bridge between Japanese-speakingstakeholders and the global delivery team. Familiarity with CMS/CCMS, PLM systems, or technicaldocumentation projects is a strong advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate effective communication between Japanese clients/stakeholders and English-speaking project teams
• Participate in client meetings, requirements discussions, and clarification sessions to ensureaccurate understanding across languages
• Translate key project documents (e.g., business requirements, status reports, changerequests) as needed
• Support coordination across project functions: development, QA, content teams, and productowners
• Help ensure cultural alignment and clarity in project expectations and deliverables
• Assist during UAT, training, or deployment phases for onsite/offshore collaboration

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Japanese (Business Level/N2 orabove) and English
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project life cycle and basic IT project coordinationJIRA, Confluence, Sprint Planning
