ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a Business Analyst / Scrum team member to support Agile delivery teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Manage and track requirements using JIRA and other ticketing tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Prepare process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Scrum / Agile environment.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or other ticketing/project management tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology (Scrum Master exposure is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of websites and digital platforms (functional flow, UI/UX concepts preferred).
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Scrum, Agile, or Business Analysis (CSM, PMI-PBA, CBAP) is a plus.
• Experience working with product teams or IT development teams.
• Exposure to tools like Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools.
